Recently, the 10th Second Council Expansion Meeting of Anhui Foundry Association was grandly held in Xuancheng. The theme of this meeting was "Strive for the 15th Five-Year Plan, Create a New Foundry Industry Pattern". It brought together experts, enterprise representatives and technical personnel from the casting industry across the province. As a manufacturer of spectrometer analysis equipment, Create Analytical Instrument participated in this meeting with its metal analyzer, showcasing its practical application in the casting industry. 

During the conference, senior experts in the fields of casting and management delivered keynote speeches focusing on four core tasks: green and low-carbon development, technological innovation, quality improvement, and gradient cultivation. The experts pointed out that under the background of the "15th Five-Year Plan", the casting industry is under pressure to transform from high-energy-consuming, extensive production to efficient, clean, and intelligent production. Green and low-carbon development is no longer an optional choice but a basic threshold for enterprises to participate in market competition. At the same time, technological innovation has become the key driving force for industrial upgrading, and the application of new materials, new processes, as well as intelligent detection and control technologies is gradually changing the traditional casting production model. Quality improvement requires enterprises to establish a more complete process control system, while gradient cultivation aims to support enterprises of different scales to find their own positions in the industrial chain. 
In the exhibition area, Create Analytical Instrument showcased a metal analyzer. This device is capable of conducting rapid analysis of the composition of metal materials during the casting process, accurately determining the elements in various alloys such as iron-based, aluminum-based, and copper-based. At the casting site, from pre-melting material preparation to final product inspection, the direct reading spectrometer can help operators promptly grasp the melting composition and determine whether it meets the process requirements, thereby reducing waste caused by composition deviations. Compared with traditional chemical analysis methods, the detection speed of analyzer is faster, usually taking only several tens of seconds to obtain results, which is suitable for the batch testing and process monitoring needs of casting enterprises. 

The staff of Create Analytical Instrument interacted with the attendees at the exhibition stand and introduced the application process of the metal analyzer in the front analysis of casting furnaces, incoming material inspection, and finished product verification.
