The metal analyzer showcased by Create analytical Instrument, with its "multi-element synchronous analysis" technology, can complete the quantitative detection of over 20 elements in materials such as cast iron and cast steel within seconds, with an analysis accuracy of ppm level. This equipment adopts a fully solid-state excitation light source and a high-vacuum spectrometer chamber design, effectively resisting dust and vibration interference in the production site, ensuring the stability of key elements such as carbon and sulfur, and helping enterprises achieve rapid on-site quality inspection. 

In response to the demand for on-site rapid detection in the casting industry, Create Analytical Instrument introduced the Elvatech handheld X-ray fluorescence analyzer from Europe, which became the focus of the exhibition. This device weighs only 1.2 kilograms and is equipped with an intelligent calibration system. It can conduct non-destructive testing on materials such as aluminum alloys and copper alloys without the need for sample preparation. In an application case at an automotive component enterprise, technicians used the handheld device to screen the composition of the die in 10 seconds, promptly detecting alloy ratio deviations and avoiding batch quality accidents. 

At the site, our company presented the application value of the two devices in scenarios such as alloy research and development, process optimization, and quality control through dynamic demonstrations and case sharing. The experts present at the meeting pointed out that as the casting industry transitions towards high-end and intelligentization, rapid detection technology has become a key to enhancing core competitiveness. Through continuous technological innovation, Create Analytical Instrument not only broke the technological monopoly of foreign brands in high-end detection equipment, but also helped enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency with its localized service advantages.
